Why is there no data in data report?

To be able to see data in the reporting tool it is required to have a minimum number of 50 users per calendar year.

This is necessary to guarantee user privacy, as information can possibly be traced back to individual persons if the group of users is too small. Therefore, fifty users is a minimum number to guarantee anonymity.

Do you see data under 'All data', but no data at a certain department level? In that case, there are less than 50 users within that department.
