Who has access to my answers in the modules?

Mirro Foundation does not share data that can be traced back to individuals, nor data that can be traced back to healthcare providers with third parties (including health insurance companies). 

Content entered by users in modules is stored hashed and is therefore not readable as original text, not even for developers and administrators employed by NewHealth or Mirro Foundation

Data that Mirro Foundation collects for research and reports is irreversibly anonymized by a Third Trusted Party, so that it cannot be traced back to individuals. Practices/organizations can only obtain data at a practice/organization level.

Reports at practice/organization level can only be provided to the relevant practice/organization if the information cannot be traced back to an individual account in any way.
